This blog is about the trials and tribulations of being a young woman with chronic pain and illnesses. I will talk about not only things going on now, but things that have happened in the past, the constant thoughts I have because of being a pain patient, and the stresses of living life day to day like this. My hope is that it will help other pain patients see they aren't alone, especially those who are in their early to mid twenties like me.

Annoyances with writing
Why is it when you want to go and write something, it never comes out as good as it did in your head? I had this opening monologue by one of my characters thought out and I thought it sounded great, and then I went to write it down and it just didn't come out as smoothly. If only my writing could go straight to paper when I think. It would be a lot easier.

Story of my life. We need to invent a machine that can dictate what our brain is thinking, lol.
ReplyDeleteEmi, if you ever figure this one out, let me know! I don't aspire to be a writer, but every now and then something inside wants out -- but it stays inside and some malformed mutation comes out, instead. Just keep pressing on!
